Job summary

The Hallmark is seeking a dedicated Dining Services Utility to maintain a clean, safe kitchen and support dining operations for residents. You will operate the dishwasher, restock utensils, and assist in daily cleaning to ensure a sanitary dining area.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to communicate in English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods.
• Completion of drug testing and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of kitchen and dining areas.
• Washes, drains, restocks plates, glasses, and silverware; sorts dishes.
• Operates and maintains the dishwasher.
• Follows safety and infection-control procedures.
• Reports equipment safety issues to the Dining Services Director.
• Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary kitchen area.
• Assist in storage of items received from vendors.
• Takes out trash; helps supervise dish machine flow.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
