Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient meal service including menu selections, tray assembly, delivery and pickup.
• Ensure staff are trained and properly staffed for Dining on Call service.
• Oversee daily/weekly activities of Dining on Call staff.
• Communicate patient dietary needs with nursing and management.
