Qualifications

• Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Responds to customer complaints in person and via email.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence.
• Manages daily/weekly/monthly reports (inventory, payroll, time-keeping).
• Directs sanitation and safety of the facility and staff.
• Develops sanitation schedule and ensures compliance.
