Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related area.
• 2 years of directly related experience or 6 years of related experience if no degree.
• Completion of ServSafe Certification or equivalent certification upon hire.
• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, motivate and direct the dining staff and student workforce; organize training, performance evaluations and adherence to policies.
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are followed; monitor temperatures and HACCP compliance.
• Oversee cash handling, purchasing, and operations, including cost controls and reporting.
• Assist in maintenance and operations of dining facilities and equipment; support large campus events.
