Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dining Services Supervisor to oversee dining operations, manage a team of food service professionals, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage dining services for a small to medium volume location.
  • Interact with customers, resolve complaints, and ensure high service standards.
  • Assist with budgeting, profit and loss management.
  • Collaborate with culinary team to develop menus and maintain food quality.
  • Oversee food service activities, sanitation, and infection control.
  • Support the rollout of culinary programs and prepare client reports.
  • Work with marketing to increase sales and food quality.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food service.
  • Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
  • Waitstaff and catering experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of sustainability practices and hospitality industry standards.
  • Proficient in MS Office; ServSafe certification preferred.
  • Associate’s degree preferred.
Additional Information
