OUR DINING SERVER/FOOD SERVICE WORKER POSITION

The primary purpose of our Dining Server position is to perform a variety of duties to prepare and serve meals for residents, staff, and visitors at Charles E. Smith Life Communities.

• Prepare, assemble, and deliver resident meals.
• Serve residents with a focus on hospitality, engagement, and customer service.
• Adhere to quality service, infection control, and food safety standards.
• Appropriately replenish food and supplies.
• Complete sanitation duties.
• Perform dish room duties, as needed.

SHIFTS & STATUS

EDUCATION & TRAINING

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• If you are interested in dining and hospitality, we will train you in the skills needed to become a first-class server.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
