Responsibilities

• Collaborate with dining management to recruit, train, and retain staff and build team camaraderie.
• Ensure scheduling, labor budgets are adhered to, and cater events run smoothly.
• Oversee dining supervisors and mentor staff to maintain bench strength for the team.
• Ensure opening/closing checklists, cleanliness, and equipment are in good working order.
