Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. invites you to join its Dining Services Manager in Training program in Massachusetts. This paid 16-week program teaches you how to manage and oversee dining services in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

You will learn to lead operations, ensure health and safety standards, and develop the skills needed to run your own account within the HCSG framework, with opportunities for advancement and nationwide transfer options.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM), Food Service Manager (FSM), Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM), and CDM,CFPP certifications during the development program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.

• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

USD $21.00 - USD $25.00 /Hr.
