Healthcare Services Group (HCSG) offers a paid 16-week Dining Services Manager in Training program designed to prepare you to manage a dining services operation in a healthcare setting. Join a team devoted to enhancing resident experiences and delivering high-quality service.

The program provides hands-on and computer-based training, with a clear path to managing your own account under supervision. Local residency is required, and eligibility includes a valid driver’s license and compliance with

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in dining services or hospitality preferred.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM), Food Service Manager (FSM), Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM), and CDM,CFPP certifications where state regulations require.
Valid driver's license.
Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods.
Residency within the service area required.

Responsibilities

Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
All other duties as assigned.
