Healthcare Services Group in Marietta, GA is offering a Dining Services Manager in Training program. This 16-week, paid track is designed to teach you to manage and oversee dining services within a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

The program develops leadership, service excellence, and regulatory compliance, preparing you to lead a dining account after graduation. It provides mentorship, career development, and opportunities to advance within HCSG.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must obtain required certifications during the program (state dependent).
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Must obtain Food Protection Manager (FPM), Food Service Manager (FSM), Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM), and CDM,CFPP ( where required by state regulations ) certifications during the development program.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
