Healthcare Services Group, Inc. is offering a Dining Services Manager in Training program in Bowling Green, KY. The 16-week, paid program develops you to manage and oversee dining services in a healthcare setting with hands-on and computer-based training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous dining services or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must obtain state-required certifications during the program (FPM, FSM, LTC-FSM, CDM/CFPP).
• Valid driver's license.
• Vaccination policy compliance as per policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing dining services operations, including meal preparation, service, and quality control.
• Learn to ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Participate in staff training, development, and scheduling.
• Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.
• Interact positively with residents, staff, and guests, providing excellent customer service.
• All other duties as assigned.

• Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with building occupants, administration, and HCSG leadership to perform daily tasks.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks for extended periods.
• Residency within the service area required.
