Culinary Services Group is hiring immediately for an Assistant Food Service Director position in Irvington, VA. You will assist the Food Service Director in daily operations, including food production, budgeting, procurement, and team development.

This role requires 1–3 years of food service management experience, strong leadership, and MS Office proficiency. It is a full-time position with potential for growth and impact within the department.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of food service management experience
• Experience in restaurants, hotels, corporate dining, education, military, health care, and related food service operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Financial experience and business acumen skills
• Proficient computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Associate’s degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist the Food Service Director in overseeing daily operations
• Oversee food production, budgeting, procurement, and client engagement
