Job summary

NEXDINE Hospitality is seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador in Pompano Beach, FL to deliver best-in-class dining experiences for residents, colleagues, and guests. The role reports to the Director of Dining Services and emphasizes exemplary service, hospitality, and teamwork, with weekend shifts and both part-time or full-time options.

Required are prior food service and customer service experience, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service.
• Previous customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Cascade a spirit of hospitality in all dealings with residents, colleagues and guests.
• Lead service of food or beverages to residents.
• Engage with residents to obtain orders and explain menu offerings.
• Ensure residents are satisfied with all aspects of service.
• Maintain setup and stock in service areas as needed.
