• Supports and implements training programs to improve skills and morale.
• Assists in annual employee reviews and informs performance issues.
• Ensures accurate adherence to Aramark's time and attendance procedures.
• Adjusts staffing to meet business needs while maintaining safety standards.
• Trains all employees according to safety and sanitation procedures.
