Job summary

Flik Independent School Dining is seeking a Director of Dining Services in Boca Raton, FL to oversee day-to-day dining operations for a client account. You will lead a team, manage client relations, and ensure food quality aligns with program standards.

You will collaborate with the Chef on menus, supervise budgeting and P&L for the account, and roll out innovative culinary programs across the site. This role requires strong leadership and foodservice expertise.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• High volume production and catering experience is essential.
• Previous experience managing a budget.
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company.

Job Summary

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:
