Job summary

Meridian Senior Living in Marshall, IL is seeking a Dining Services Director to lead meal preparation and operations within our dining services department. You will ensure nutritious, high-quality dining for residents while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards and fostering a positive dining environment.

You will supervise the dining staff, manage scheduling and training, and collaborate with kitchen and care teams to deliver exceptional resident experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Current food service sanitation license required.
• Must have compassion for and desire to work with the elderly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, staff, vendors and the public.

Candidates for our Dining Services Director position should have the ability to serve excellent and nutritious food, while ensuring first-rate quality dining service, in a safe and comfortable atmosphere.
