Job summary

Unidine, a leading hospitality food service group and member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Director of Dining Services to oversee daily operations for a production dining account, lead a team of associates, and maintain exceptional client relationships. You will work with the chef and management to deliver top-quality menus, manage budgeting, and roll out culinary programs across sites.

Qualifications

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred.
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite (Excel & Outlook).
• High-volume production and catering experience is essential.

Job Summary

Job Summary:

Working as a Director of Dining Services, you are responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations for a PRODUCTION dining account. You will manage and lead a team of associates. You will be responsible for managing client relations, along with ensuring that the food offered to the customers is of superior quality. Additionally, you will be responsible for the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Producing 2,000 meals daily and distributing across multiple sites (Meals on Wheels) (Senior Centers)
• Maintain excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Work with the Chef and management team in creating menus and providing top quality food
• Oversee all P&L and budgeting as it pertains to the account
• Roll out new culinary programs
• Ordering and inventory experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• BS, Hospitality or Culinary degree preferred
• Three to five years of foodservice operation experience
• Strong Client relationship skills
• Detail Orientated
• Experience with microsoft suite, excel and outlook
• High volume production and catering experience is essential
• Previous experience managing a budget
• Desire to learn and grow with a top notch foodservice company
