Sunrise Senior Living seeks a Dining Services Coordinator to lead the community’s dining and hospitality operations, delivering high-quality meals and an outstanding resident experience. You will oversee food preparation, dietary modifications, and dining room flow while managing budgets, staff training, and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in dining services for senior living or healthcare.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices (HACCP).
• Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships.
• Proven leadership and coaching skills.
• Strong guest/resident service focus.

Responsabilités

• Manage food safety, sanitation, HACCP, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships.
• Monitor food and labor budgets to meet financial goals.
• Lead, hire, train, and coach dining team members.
• Coordinate dining room flow and staffing for each meal.
• Engage with residents for feedback and participate in Resident Council meetings.
• Support special events and community marketing initiatives.

Pay Range:

64,376.00 - 80,600.00
