Emporia Presbyterian Manor is seeking a Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide to support dining operations and enhance resident dining experiences. The role emphasizes compassionate care and high-quality meals in a faith-based, not-for-profit community.

The position includes a Premium Pay Plan with starting pay of $12.50/hour, with additional pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental and vision, CEUs, a 403(b), and more.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience with regular and texture modified diets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• A Dining Services Assistant / Dietary Aide is responsible for providing assistance in all dining services functions in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Works diligently to ensure that every resident receives the highest quality and excellent dining experience with each meal.
• Advances the value that the resident comes first.
