Dining Services Director Responsibilities include:

• Managing inventory, purchasing, storage, and food preparation according to menus and regulations.
• Ensuring safety and sanitation standards are met through established procedures.
• Providing leadership and supervision of dietary staff, including hiring, evaluation, and recommending pay raises.
• Maintaining records and receipts of dietary operations, submitting purchase invoices for processing.
• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory control.

Qualifications:

• One to two years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional service and care to senior residents.
