Job summary

Atria Senior Living is hiring a Waitstaff member to support dining services at our community. You will set tables, take orders, and ensure top-tier resident service, while assisting with meal preparation and event support.

On-the-job training is provided. This full-time position offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth, with wages ranging from $15.00 to $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Effective verbal and written English skills.
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices.
• No experience needed; on-the-job training available.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders, and provide excellent customer service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events.
• Create strong teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and equipment used in the dining room.
