Description of Work
Position performs tasks in multiple areas/functions in Dining Services, such as setting up and closing down stations, cooking, re-stocking, recipe/ingredient preparation, inventory, dish machine operation, and cleaning. Responsibilities include cost and waste control, food presentation, monitoring food quality (temperature, taste, and appearance), training, cashiering, and providing customer service. In addition, this position may operate the computer and process sick-sack requests at the cashiering station. Other duties as assigned. Hours are 11:30am-8:00pm. Occasional weekends required.

Minimum Required Qualifications
High School Diploma plus one year experience in a work environment required; equivalency considered. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Flexibility, ability to communicate and being a team player essential. Food Handler’s permit or ability to obtain by passing the Safety and Sanitation test required. Ability to lift up to 50lbs and push/pull up to 100lbs required.
