Atria Senior Living is seeking friendly servers to join our dining teams in our Philadelphia area communities. You will set and clear tables, take residents' dining orders and deliver courteous service to every resident.

No prior experience required—on-the-job training is provided. This role emphasizes teamwork, safety and clean dining spaces, with opportunities for advancement and a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables, take residents’ dining orders and provide high-quality service.
• Review menus with residents and acquaint new residents with dining at Atria.
• Assist with preparation, delivery and cleanup of daily meals, banquets and events.
• Create strong teamwork with colleagues and positive relationships with residents.
• Clean and sanitize areas and equipment used in the dining room.
