Job summary

Erickson Senior Living’s Highland Springs in North Dallas is seeking a friendly Dining Server for a part-time role, with open interviews at the Magnolia Place Classroom, 8000 Frankford Road, on the first Wednesday each month.

You will serve residents and guests, input beverage and food orders into the POS, deliver meals, and ensure exceptional guest service, with training provided and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Serving experience preferred, but training provided.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays.
• Stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Record and input beverage and food orders into the POS system and deliver meals.
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain a welcoming dining room.

We are hosting open interviews the first Wednesday of every month looking for Servers to join the team. No experience required!

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

What You'll Need:

• Serving experience preferred, but we will train
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds
• A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range starting at $10.00 per hour.
