Erickson Senior Living is hosting open interviews for Dining Server roles at Highland Springs in North Dallas. No experience is required as training is provided. Servers will welcome residents and guests, take orders, serve meals, and ensure guest satisfaction in a friendly, efficient manner.

We are hosting open interviews the first Wednesday of every month looking for Servers to join the team. No experience required!

Servers are responsible for serving residents and guest meals in a friendly, service-oriented manner. The server records and inputs into the POS system beverage and food orders delivers and serves food, ensures exceptional guest service. Our customers look forward to interacting and sharing their day with our knowledgeable, friendly servers!

What You’ll Need:

• Serving experience preferred, but we will train
• Ability to work in a face-paced environment
• Ability to work some weekends and holidays
• Ability to stand for long periods, carry trays, and lift up to 25 pounds
• A solid work ethic and a positive, team attitude

Compensation: commensurate with experience, range starting at $10.00 per hour.
