Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Highland Springs in North Dallas, Texas is hiring a Cashier to greet residents and provide friendly, efficient service in the dining area.

You will handle cash and credit card transactions, ensure food and supply freshness, and follow health standards. Compensation is $14.00–$16.00 per hour with weekends and holidays required; benefits include 30% dining discount, 401(k) with 3% match, onsite medical centers, and education opportunities.

• Complete all accounting paperwork accurately and promptly.
• Monitor and maintain the freshness and quality of food, beverages, and supplies to ensure the best possible customer experience.
• Follow all health and sanitation standards to maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and employees.

Job description

Location: Highland Springs by Erickson Senior Living

Join our team as a Cashier, where you will provide excellent customer service by managing transactions, greeting and assisting patrons, and ensuring the freshness of food and supplies. You will also handle daily accounting and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.

What you will need

• Previous experience as a cashier is preferred
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to safely lift and/or move, using designated safety equipment, objects weighing up to 25 pounds
