Job summary

Country Meadows seeks a Dining Server to support our residents' dining experiences in Bethlehem. This part-time role runs 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, 24 hours bi-weekly, with every other weekend and holiday off.

Starting pay is $14.25 per hour, with the opportunity to earn more based on experience. Benefits include paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, 401(k), PTO, and meal benefits on campus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with residents by learning their preferences and providing friendly service.
• Keep dining areas clean and maintain sanitation.
• Assist residents with menu selector sheets.
• Clean and sanitize dishes and silverware per standards.
• Maintain floor and dish room cleanliness and organization.
• Ensure a safe, orderly work environment.
