Job summary

The Waters is seeking a part-time Server for evenings (4PM-8PM). The role focuses on upscale dining for residents and guests with a warm, professional presence. No experience is required, but hospitality experience is preferred.

You will serve food and beverages, engage with residents and their families, and support a caring community atmosphere. We offer paid holidays, PTO, and benefits starting the first of the month, plus access to 50% of earned income via OnShift and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent hospitality to residents.
• Serve food and drinks to residents and guests promptly.

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.

Qualifications:

• No experience necessary; previous hospitality experience preferred
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors
• Serve food and beverages to resident and guest in a professional and timely manner
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents
• Engage with resident's family and friends and take time to visit with them
