Job summary

The Waters is seeking a friendly Server to deliver upscale dining to residents and guests in our community. You will greet residents, take requests, and serve meals with a warm, professional demeanor.

No prior hospitality experience is required, though it is preferred. You’ll join a team that values teamwork, humility, responsibility, and innovation, and you’ll help create a caring, engaging environment where residents THRIVE.

Qualifications

• No experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our Seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
