Job summary

The Waters is seeking a Part Time Server to provide upscale dining services to residents and guests in our Rochester community. A warm, inviting personality and timely, professional service are essential to represent The Waters well.

No experience is required, though hospitality experience is preferred. You will serve food and beverages, engage with residents and their families, and help create a caring, enjoyable environment for all.

• Respond to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely and courteous way.
• Assist with food and beverage service to ensure a high-quality dining experience.
• Foster a warm, engaging atmosphere that supports the residents' well-being.
• Represent The Waters professionally and courteously at all times.

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
