Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC in Eden Prairie, MN is seeking a friendly Server to join our dining team. The role focuses on delivering upscale, caring service to residents and guests during weekday and weekend shifts.

You will greet guests, deliver meals and beverages promptly, and help create a welcoming, engaging atmosphere for residents and their families. No prior experience is required; hospitality experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with residents' family and friends.

Weekday shifts: 4PM - 8PM

Weekend shifts: 7AM - 3PM, 4PM - 8PM - every other weekend at least one of the days

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
