Job summary

The Waters in Lakeville, MN, seeks a friendly Server to provide upscale dining to residents and guests. Weekend availability is preferred, and you will respond to requests in a warm, professional manner while representing The Waters’ mission.

No experience is required; prior hospitality is a plus. You will create a caring, engaging environment, support a team, and help residents feel valued during dining experiences.

Qualifications

• No experience required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Provide excellent hospitality to our seniors.
• Serve food and beverages to residents and guests in a professional and timely manner.
• Create a fun, engaging and caring environment for our residents.
• Engage with residents' family and friends and take time to visit with them.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and take accurate beverage and food orders.
• Prepare and deliver meals and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain clean and organized dining area and stations.
• Assist with set up/clear down and special dining events.
• Engage with residents and families to enhance their dining experience.

The Server is responsible for providing upscale, professional dining services to community residents and guests. This person possesses a warm and inviting personality and responds to resident, guest and team member requests in a timely manner, professionally representing The Waters.
