Bickford Senior Living is hiring a Server to support the culinary team and provide a restaurant-style dining experience for residents. You will assist in serving meals and engaging with residents in a caring, respectful manner.

The role involves dishwashing, following cleaning schedules, and maintaining a clean dining environment. We value a learner's mindset and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• A Food Handlers Card or willingness to obtain one.
• Exhibit a learner's mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Written and verbal communication skills.

• Good judgment, problem solving, and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve food timely utilizing Bickford’s process.
• Interact with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their dining experience.
• Wash dishes, pots and pans following Bickford’s dishwashing procedure.
• Complete assigned tasks from the Kitchen Rotational Cleaning Schedule.
• Maintain dining room and dish machine area to meet cleanliness expectations.
