Job summary

Hunt Community in Nashua, NH is seeking Servers to join our team. We offer flexible hours and days, with daytime, afternoon, and evening shifts to fit your schedule.

After school or alongside sports and activities, you can work while making a positive difference for our residents. As a Dining Server, you will help create an enjoyable dining experience, follow established service style, clear dishes, reset tables, and assist in other dining areas as needed.

Qualifications

• No experience required.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Able to push, pull, or lift up to 50lb.
• Possesses the ability to follow instructions, works well with others and maintains a good rapport with residents.

Responsibilities

• Create an enjoyable dining experience for residents and guests.
• Follow established service style and order in the dining area and at special functions.
• Clear dishes and bus tables.
• Reset tables and maintain a clean, neat appearance.
• Assist in other Dining areas as needed and during special functions.
• Follow safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Attend annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures.
• Adhere to Community Policies and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• The Dining Server is responsible for creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests.
• Follows established style and order of service while serving in the specified dining area and at special functions.
• Responsible for clearing dishes and busing.
• Resets tables, maintains a clean, neat appearance.
• Follows established style and order of service while serving and at special functions, follows sequence of service.
• Performs assigned side jobs on a daily and weekly basis.
• Follows all safety and sanitation rules and regulations.
• Performs additional duties as assigned by leadership and assists in other Dining areas as needed.
• Follows rules concerning personal appearance and work performance, adhering to all service training and expectations.
• Assumes responsibility for self-safety and that of immediate work environment.
• Attending annual in-service on body mechanics, right-to-know laws, and fire and safety procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure, and to maintain a professional attitude towards co-workers and management.
• Adheres to all Community Policies and Procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned by leadership.
