Dining Server Assistants - Full-Time

The Dining Server Assistant position supports the organization’s mission by delivering an exceptional dining service experience. This position reports to the Dining Manager or designee.

Key Position Qualifications Include:

• High School or equivalent preferred.
• Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) or healthcare setting experience is highly desired.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to relate to residents, families, guests, and staff.
• Ability to maintain professional attitude in high stress area.

Key Performance Success Indicators Include:

• Ensures that the assigned task is understood prior to beginning the task.
• Manages conflict effectively without becoming emotional or defensive
• Demonstrates a sincere commitment to serving customers at the highest possible level.
• Organizes and prioritizes tasks in an effort to ensure timely completion.
• Makes minimal mistakes, errors and omissions.
• Provides assistance to others when they need it.
• Performs work according to job requirements.
• Consistently comes to work as scheduled, and is punctual and begins work as scheduled.
