The Legacy at Anderson, a Charter Senior Living Community, is seeking a Dining Server to deliver meals to residents in your assigned group. You will ensure timely, accurate service with warmth and respect.

The role requires assisted living experience and a commitment to compassionate care. You will coordinate with kitchen and care teams to maintain quality and a pleasant dining experience for every resident.

Qualifications

• Experience in assisted living environments is preferred.
• Delivering meals and coordinating with care teams requires empathy and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Deliver meals to residents in assigned groups.
• Monitor and support residents during dining to ensure safety and satisfaction.

SUMMARY:

This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. You will be accountable to monitor the activities and behavior of all residents in your Resident Group so that the care, services, and activities of each resident are appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable, and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and service for each resident.
