Job summary

Charter Senior Living of West Bend is seeking a Dining Server to deliver meals to residents and support daily dining operations in a compassionate, person-centered environment.

You will collaborate with care teams to ensure timely, accurate service, maintain cleanliness and safety, and provide friendly, respectful interactions that reflect our mission to enhance the human spirit. Training is provided, with flexible schedules and opportunities for growth.

SUMMARY:

This position requires that you accept the responsibility for the delivery of food services to each resident in your assigned Resident Group. You will be accountable to monitor the activities and behavior of all residents in your Resident Group so that the care, services, and activities of each resident are appropriate and delivered to them in a continuous, predictable, and efficient manner. You must coordinate and communicate with all food services and other team members in maintaining a holistic perspective of care and service for each resident.
