Overview

Full Time & Part Time | Days or Evenings

Pay: Starting at $15/hr

Our Servers enjoy shift options that include at least two weekdays (Monday-Friday) with typical shift hours from 10:30 am - 2:30 pm or 3:30/4:00 pm through close at 7/7:30 pm in addition to weekend and holiday hours. Schedules average approximately 10-15 hours per week.

Masonic Villages of Pennsylvania - Elizabethtown Campus - is immediately hiring for a Dining Server.

Responsibilities

• Provides an enjoyable dining experience for residents while maintaining a clean, healthy, and safe environment. Reports any environmental situation that could threaten safety or well-being. Inspects and monitors floor surfaces and takes corrective action to address spills promptly.
• Uses cleaning agents and equipment safely and in accordance with food safety regulations. Practices safe and sanitary handling, preparation, storage, and service of foods; including proper hand washing, wearing gloves, changing gloves frequently, maintaining a clean uniform, sanitizing surfaces and tools between uses, proper dating, labeling, and rotation of food products.
• Completes meal service duties in a courteous and timely manner as directed by supervisor, following dietary policies and procedures. Sets dining room layouts, place settings, and centerpieces; supports knowledge of table assignments and locations. Portions all food items according to facility policies, uses proper utensils and gloves. Restocks supplies, condiments, and foods as needed. Restocks resident kitchens. Disposes of food waste safely and hygienically. Performs cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Completes special projects as assigned by supervisor, including serving special meals, banquets, and other functions.
