Job summary

Heritage Communities in Bellevue, NE is seeking a Dining Server to support our residents with friendly, personalized dining service. This entry-level role focuses on teamwork, safety, and a warm meal experience.

You'll take orders, serve meals, help with setup and cleanup, and build rapport with residents and their families while maintaining clean, organized dining areas. Training is provided; no late nights required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Entry-level position for those with strong interest in the senior living industry.
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.

Responsibilities

• Taking orders, serving meals, and assisting with all clean-up procedures.
• Preparing and maintaining dining, kitchen, and storage areas, ensuring they are safe, organized, and sanitary.
• Inspecting dining supplies, utensils and equipment, recommending replacements as needed.

What You'll Do:

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment ; this is an entry-level position for those with a strong interest in the senior living industry.
• Ability to work early, mid, or early-evening shifts (no late nights!).
• Strong communication skills, especially regarding resident dietary needs.
• Commitment to professional appearance and safety, including wearing a proper uniform, slip-resistant shoes, and gloves as required .
