Job summary

Hershey Lodge is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to maintain a neat dining room and guest service area within the Hershey Lodge. The role supports servers, restocks, clears and resets tables, and handles daily cleaning tasks while adapting to flexible meal-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to work in an organized and efficient manner.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Flexible shifts including breakfast, lunch and dinner; union seniority may affect schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers
• Restock dining and service areas
• Clear and reset tables
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets
• Pour coffee and water when required
• Ensure condiments are amply supplied on guest tables
• Tray and deliver food orders to the correct table number efficiently and accurately
• Forward guest concerns to the applicable wait staff or supervisor
• Other duties as assigned
