Job summary

Hershey Lodge, part of Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company, is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to maintain a neat dining room and guest service area inside the lodge restaurant.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate with co-workers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers.
• Restock dining and service areas.
• Clear and reset tables.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning sheets.
• Pour coffee and water when required.
• Ensure condiments are stocked.
• Tray food orders and deliver to tables.
• Escalate guest concerns to staff or supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
