Job summary

Senior Resource Group’s The Village at Northridge seeks a Dining Room Supervisor to oversee wait staff, assist in serving meals, and ensure the dining room runs smoothly for residents and guests.

You'll supervise setup and service, help establish staffing and schedules, maintain the daily menu board, and uphold exceptional guest service while promoting a respectful, efficient dining environment. Previous food-service supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Experience in hospitality or dining rooms preferred.
• First aid and CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wait staff and dining room operations.
• Assist in serving meals to residents and guests.
• Maintain and update the daily menu board.
• Help establish staffing schedules and monitor coverage.
• Ensure tables are cleared, reset, and bussed promptly.
• Conduct interviews, hiring, and training per policy.
