Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Three years in food service with at least one year in a supervisory role.
• ServSafe certification is preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room service and ensure timely meals for residents.
• Manage dining room staff, scheduling, and training.
• Coordinate with Culinary Services Director and kitchen staff for smooth operations.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and inventory, and ensure compliance with policies.
• Represent the residence to residents and families to promote occupancy.
