Responsibilities include supervising meal service, coordinating menus and dietary requirements, training staff, and maintaining sanitation and safety standards in dining rooms

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurant or health care settings.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor meal service with dietary aides and ensure procedures are followed.
• Support hiring and training of dietary aides.
• Provide menus and communicate resident dietary requirements.
• Ensure glassware, china, and flatware are clean and intact.
• Supervise residents' dining service with orderly service.
• Conduct nightly sanitation checks in dining rooms.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Relay work orders or equipment issues to management.
