Job summary

The Northbridge Companies seeks a Dining Room Supervisor / Server to lead the serving team in a high-volume senior living environment. You will assist with scheduling, supervise and train dining associates, and ensure smooth service from kitchen to table.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one-year experience in fine dining or high-volume food service.
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or lead server experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to perform responsibilities and safety procedures.
• Friendly and approachable to make guests feel welcome.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities and workflow of the serving team during meals.
• Serve as a point of contact for the serving team during meals to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide hands-on leadership to servers with high standards for service and teamwork.
• Monitor the dining room during meals and address resident concerns.
• Check that dishes look presentable before serving to residents.
• Ensure kitchen and dining room cleanliness and adherence to safety rules.
