Job summary

Chick-fil-A North Collins Street and Chick-fil-A Eastchase Parkway invite you to join as Dining Room Supervisor. This hands-on leadership role involves guiding guests and teammates to uphold hospitality, cleanliness, and safety standards.

You will greet guests, manage dining areas, coordinate cleaning, and support operations across Front/Back of House as needed. Competitive pay: $15–$17 per hour; part-time or full-time shifts with Saturdays required.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant, hospitality, customer service, cleaning, or supervisory experience preferred.
• Friendly, dependable, organized, and team-oriented.
• Lead by example and work alongside Team Members.
• Strong attention to cleanliness, detail, and follow‑through.
• Able to adjust quickly in a busy and changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming environment for every guest
• Greet guests, maintain eye contact, speak enthusiastically, and make meaningful connections
• Complete periodic check-ins with guests throughout their visit
• Anticipate guest needs and offer refills, sauces, napkins, condiments, or other assistance
• Help guests find seating and assist families, seniors, and guests needing help
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest questions or concerns
• Help maintain a caring dining experience during busy periods
• Support guest recovery and involve a restaurant leader when needed
• Manage dining room and restroom cleanliness during shifts
• Train Team Members on dining room procedures and guest engagement
• Maintain clean, organized guest-facing areas and timely checks
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures
• Open/close cleaning responsibilities and report issues to leadership
• Flex into Front of House, Back of House, catering, dishwashing, or other areas when needed
