Job summary

Senior Living Residences is seeking a Dining Associate at Cornerstone at Milford in Milford, MA. You will greet residents, take orders, serve meals, and help keep dining areas welcoming and efficient.

Starting at $16/hour, with benefits starting on hire and opportunities for professional development and a pre-tax retirement plan. This role offers flexible shifts suitable for retirees or parents, and a supportive, inclusive team.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Full Time or Part Time: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Starting rate at $16 per hour based on work experience

WHAT OUR DINING ASSOCIATES DO:

• Greet residents and guests during meal times
• Serve residents and guests, taking individual orders from a selective menu
• Set up tables for meals, clear tables, reset for future meal times

REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
