Job summary

Nashoba Park in Ayer, MA is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead front‑of‑house staff, schedule waitstaff, and oversee meals and events within a senior living community.

Starting pay is $18 per hour. This role offers a safe, home‑like work environment with opportunities for training and advancement within Senior Living Residences and a chance to impact residents' dining experiences.

Qualifications

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Physical requirements: Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Leadership: One year of experience with supervising or training staff
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
