Senior Living Residences in Farmington, CT is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead front-of-house staff, oversee dining operations, and ensure excellent resident service.

Full-time role with Tuesday-Saturday shifts, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Competitive pay starting at $19 per hour plus a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) with company match, and tuition rewards.

Qualifications

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• One year of experience supervising or training staff.

Requirements

• Certification: Food Safety certification, preferred
• Physical requirements : Lifting trays and dishes, occasionally moving dining tables and furniture
• Communication : An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Leadership : One year of experience with supervising or training staff
