Acts is currently seeking candidates for our Dining Room Server / Trainer position.

Student friendly schedules, scholarship programs, & referral bonuses!

In this role, you will be responsible for following established meal service standards and workflows, creating an enjoyable dining experience for residents and their guests. Greet residents and guests, communicate menu items, and facilitate food and drink orders using iPads (POS). Clear tables, booths, and chairs, and work efficiently to turn tables for additional reservations. Run food, coordinate the delivery of condiments and service items. Train new team members and support cross-training of existing servers.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Entry-level position with on-the-job training
  • 1-3 years of experience in a food or healthcare setting preferred
  • Minors (under 18) must obtain a valid work permit if required by the State

Pay Range

$15.00 - $16.88 per hour. Starting rate varies based on skills and experience.
